The police also discovered 39 capsules (9 grams) of MDMA or Mollies. There was also $1,156 in cash at the location that was mostly profit from the drug deals. Police estimate that offenders gathered about $1,200 in drug profits over this period of time.

He was arrested on Charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a daycare. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Many people do not know that it is not only what drugs you sell that are illegal, but where you sell them. Individuals who try to deal their addictive narcotics near a daycare, school, or another place with children can often be charged with greater offenses than those who peddle in back alleys or on city streets. You will want to explore the possibility of these heightened charges if you have been arrested for a drug crime.
On this same raid, the police of Fort Myers also seized 233 grams of marijuana, a Springfield Armory 40 caliber semi-automatic handgun, $505 cash, and drug paraphernalia. In this apartment the authorities arrested a 22-year-old on charge of obstruction of the execution of a search warrant. They also arrested a 32-year-old for possession of marijuana with the intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a daycare. If you were arrested for a similar crime then you may need assistance. Brian L.
